Frankreichs Jobsuchmaschine Moovement.fr
Schöne Sache: Frankreichs Jobsuchmaschine Moovement.fr hat seinen Internetseiten einen neuen Anstrich und damit gleichzeitig ein wenig mehr an Technologie verpasst. Nun ziert die Homepage eine große Tag-Cloud, Job-Suchanfragen können per RSS-Feed abonniert werden und eine Vielzahl von Web 2.0 Applikationen und Plattformen wie Youtube oder Flickr können direkt angesurft werden, um Bilder, Videos und sonstige brauchbaren Informationen zu den jeweiligen Unternehmen zu bekommen. Zudem werden auch Anzeigen aus Plattformen wie LinkedIn oder Viadeo eingespielt, was das Ausleuchten des eigenen Netzwerks vereinfacht und damit die Kontaktaufnahme mit (ehemaligen) Mitarbeitern der Firma ermöglichen.
Weitere News zum neuen Moovement (mit zwei o, damit auch jeder Franzose merkt, dass das /o/ als /u/ ausgesprochen werden soll – sorry, diese kleine Gemeinheit konnte ich mir einfach nicht nehmen lassen 😉 ), gibt’s im Interview mit Jacques Froissant, einem der Begründer der Suchmaschine. Jedenfalls: Alles sehr nett. Bin gespannt, wann das Jobsuchmaschinen Modell à la Jobster endlich in Europa Einzug hält. Für mich das einzig zukunftsträchtige Modell.

Moovement.fr – France’s job search engine with a new look
France’s job search engine Moovement.fr has launched their Gamma version (is that the starting point for the Web 3.0 era?) and has integrated some more technology: a nicely arranged tag cloud decorates the homepage, the job seraches can be subscribed via RSS and a number of Web 2.0 applications like Youtube or Flickr have been added to find pictures, videos and other information on the company that is hiring.
Apart from that, vacancies from LinkedIn or Viadeo have been imported to the platform. So candidates can get in touch with their network, contact people who have been or are still working for the firms.
Some more information about this job search engine is available thanks to the interview that Jacques Froissant, one of the founders of Moovement.fr (written with two “o” so that the French can see that the /o/ should be pronounced as /u/ – sorry, had to be mean and say that 😉 ) has given to Neteco.
Conclusion: that’s a nice one. However, I’m still waiting for social-network-job search engines like jobster.com to appear in Europe. I think that’s the only trend-setting way for the future.
